1. Your Agreement to These Terms
Visiting or using the Stars For Youth website means you accept these Terms of Use. If that does not sit right with you, please do not use the site. This document is a sample prepared for a demonstration project and would need review by qualified counsel before any live use.
2. Our Role
Stars For Youth is a referral service, not a lender. Deciding who receives credit, providing funds, and writing loan terms are all outside what we do. What we do is introduce you to licensed third-party lenders, and those lenders alone are responsible for the loans they make.
3. Eligibility
You need to live in Canada, be of the age of majority where you live, and give us information that is accurate and complete. Information that is false may lead us to decline service.
4. No Guaranteed Approval
A request does not mean an approval. Whether you are approved, and for what amount and on what terms, is decided by the lenders in our network using their own criteria.
5. Liability
We are not answerable for what a third-party lender does, decides, or offers. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for losses that come from your use of the service or from any loan you obtain.
6. Content Ownership
Everything published here is information only. Reproducing or redistributing it requires our permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. If you keep using the site once a revision takes effect, you are accepting the updated version.
